– Obliquity padding allows height adjustment of the support under the affected pelvis.
– Front thigh cubes can be used to correct pelvic rotation.
– Cushion surface can be adapted to help accommodate tight hamstrings either on one side only or on both sides.
– Has medium to high pressure relief for foam cushions.
– The Spex™ cushion can also be made with custom/bespoke elements such as leg length discrepancy cut-outs, additional contouring for adduction, abduction or both.
